1. Agreement
By registering an account or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.
2. Enrolment and payment
Selecting “Request enrolment” records an enrolment request; it does not constitute a confirmed place. Payment is arranged directly with the academy on WhatsApp (+966 53 873 3758). All fees are quoted and payable in US dollars (USD). Course access is granted only after an administrator records and approves your payment.
3. Access period
Access is granted for a fixed period of 3, 6 or 12 months from activation, as agreed at the time of approval. Access ends automatically on the expiry date. Reactivation may be arranged with the academy and may be subject to a further fee.
4. Payment and refund terms
Payment and refund terms are confirmed directly with the academy on WhatsApp (+966 53 873 3758) before any payment is made. Any refund request is handled according to the terms communicated to you at enrolment. Please raise any question about payment or refunds with us before paying.
5. Assessment and certification
The final assessment draws ten randomised questions from the course question bank. The pass mark is stated on each course page (90% by default). Five attempts are permitted per cycle; after five unsuccessful attempts, course progress resets and the material must be completed again before the assessment reopens. Certificates are prepared by the academy and issued within 24–48 hours of a successful pass.
6. Intellectual property
All course material, documents, videos, assessments and branding remain the property of Professional Beauticians Academy. Material is licensed to you for personal study only. Downloading, copying, recording, redistributing or teaching from our material is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access.
7. Account conduct
Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Sharing login credentials, circumventing module locks, or attempting to extract watermarked material will result in suspension.
8. Educational scope
Our courses provide professional education. They do not constitute medical advice and do not replace the regulatory requirements, licensing or insurance obligations that apply in your country of practice.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
