Progression policy

Modules are released sequentially. Module 1 must be completed before Module 2 unlocks, and so on. Where a module contains both a study document and a video, both must meet their completion criteria before the module counts as complete. The final assessment unlocks only when every module in the course is complete.

Reading and viewing requirements

Study documents must be read to at least 50% before they can be marked complete. Video completion is measured on genuine watched time; skipping or scrubbing to the end does not register as watched. Playback speed may be increased up to 2x.

Assessment policy

Each attempt presents ten questions drawn at random from the course question bank: five single-answer and five multiple-answer. Question order and option order are randomised for every attempt. The exact questions presented are recorded with your attempt.

The pass mark is 90% unless otherwise stated on the course page. If you do not pass, you will be shown which questions were answered incorrectly. Correct answers are never disclosed.

Resit and reset policy

Five assessment attempts are permitted per cycle. If all five attempts in a cycle are unsuccessful, a new cycle begins: your module progress resets to Module 1 and the assessment is locked until you have completed all modules again. Every attempt you have ever made is permanently retained in your academic record.

Access and reactivation

Course access runs for 3, 6 or 12 months from activation. When access expires you may request reactivation from the academy. On reactivation you may choose to resume your existing progress or restart the course from Module 1. Historical records are retained in both cases.

Academic integrity

Assessments must be completed by the enrolled student, unaided. Sharing questions, answers, screenshots or course material with others is a breach of these policies and may result in suspension of access and withdrawal of the completion certificate.

Certification

On passing, your completion is recorded and your certificate is prepared by the academy team. It is issued by email and/or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours, and carries a unique certificate number.
