  • Technical data necessary to operate and secure the platform.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to create and secure your account, process enrolment requests, grant and manage course access, track your learning progress, grade assessments, issue certificates, publish approved reviews, and communicate with you about your studies.

4. Payments

We do not process card payments on this website and do not store card or banking credentials. Payments are arranged directly with our team on WhatsApp (+966 53 873 3758) and recorded by an administrator as an amount, date and reference note.

5. Course material and watermarking

Study documents displayed in the student portal are watermarked with your name and email address. This is done to protect the academy’s intellectual property and to deter unauthorised sharing.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is accessible only to authorised academy staff and to the secure infrastructure providers that host the platform. Reviews are published only after you submit them and an administrator approves them.

7. Retention

Learning records, assessment attempts and certificate records are retained permanently as part of the academy’s academic audit trail, including after a course access period expires.
